FAQs

Where is your shop located? Can I bring my RV there?

We are entirely mobile and do not have a physical shop. The technician comes to your location and diagnoses the problem. He then gets the correct parts or replacement unit and installs them where your RV sits.

Will I have access to my RV while the technician works on it?

Absolutely. We don’t need you to leave to do our work. We understand that some people live in their RV full time and need all systems to work.

I have a motorhome, do you work on the motor of the vehicle?

Our technician is not an auto mechanic, he does not work on the engine portion of a motorhome or coach. He does work on all of the parts of the RV that make it Recreational in nature. Systems that we work on include (but aren’t necessarily limited to): air conditioning unit, refrigerator, furnace and thermostat, water tanks, water heater, inverter, battery testing and replacement, roof leaks, lights and toilet replacement. Electrical, plumbing and appliances are all within a technician’s wheelhouse.

Can you come out today? Do you work on the weekends?

Although we currently can get people in the same week they call, we are booked up most days—-so same day may not be available. We do work on the weekend when necessary to get everyone taken care of, but our suppliers are not open until Monday, so services may have to take place in 2 appointments.

What are your rates? What forms of payment do you accept?

Because we come to your location, we charge a service fee. This could vary based on your location. If we have to come out multiple times to your location for the same issue, we do not charge this service fee multiple times—-only the first time. We have an hourly labor charge for most repairs or installations, and the technician can give you an estimate when he diagnoses the problem. We accept cash and credit, but we do charge a surcharge on credit card payments of roughly 3% of the total because of high credit card fees for small businesses.

Do you come to my location? How do I know if I’m in your service area?

We serve all of Jackson and Josephine counties in Southern Oregon. This includes the entire Rogue Valley, Applegate Valley, Illinois Valley… from Wolf Creek to Ashland, from Shady Cove to O’Brien. Yes, we go all the way out to Wimer, Sunny Valley, Ruch and Sam’s Valley. We also take care of our neighbors in Grants Pass, Rogue River, Gold Hill, Central Point, Medford, Talent and Phoenix on the I-5 corridor.
